From his early age, Mikhail had always had unmatched passion and talent for sales.
Hi started his career in fashion industry in 2018, and in less than 5 years he developed from a Sales Assistant into a Senior Operations Manager in a $1bn fashion retail business. His last role allowed him to practice and excel in making VIP customers happy. Mikhail brings to our team key skills of working with in B2B and B2C segments, dealing with complicated sales and following through with customer care to ensure lasting customer happiness.
